Are your courses led by a trainer?
Yes, all of our courses are led by one of our experienced trainers. All of our trainers have worked in a management position and have extensive training and knowledge of running large teams and operations.
Can I attend the course remotely?
We host both remote instructor led online courses and in person courses at either your place of business or ours. Contact us if you would like to learn more about our remote courses.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can amend your individual booking up to 7 calendar days before the course start time, for group bookings this is 14 days.
Can i have a tailor made package for my business or group?
Yes, we can create bespoke packages to suit your needs. Our courses can be delivered either in house or online. For example: We could deliver multiple versions of the same course throughout one day or deliver an introduction to management course that covers a whole day using your choice of topics.
